Yes, this is the kind of thing I need to learn. For sure it can always vary, but I hope to learn what the core outcomes are -
such as taking the green book to the PSB with buyer and seller.
Really I have no idea because I haven't done it and I don't know anyone that has done it.

Maybe in the future we can come up with a list of what each party must have at then end of the process -
(just like we might say that when you register a new bike you want the big green book, the little blue book, and the plate - wherever you are)

Then there is a clear target to aim for.
