I think they would be LLC, Kinlon is LLCJ and Loncin is LLCL.
ftp://ftp.nhtsa.dot.gov/mfrmail/ORG4773.pdf
JL200GY-2C is a Kinlon model number.

08-19-2011, 05:07 AMMakes sense. Don't think Jialing does a production 200cc, but you never know with these OEM exports.

Thanks.
I do not have the full VIN number only the running S/N 200001. The bike cost THB 46,000 ( 1 usd = 29.8...USD 1,543.-)
I select this number as the first bike on this LOT. I only know the bike assembly this year and the tire mark with 2811
that mean the tire made week 28 this year. Engine is 163FML, copy from honda xl200 (xr200) I think.
Other model in the market is Lifan LF200GY-5c which is older model and has regular tele front fork.Current bike....2011 M-Bike JL200GY-2C

That is exactly what attracted me to the Chinese bikes….a 200cc dual sport for $1,500.00!
As far as the engines go….
This is yours…
This is an XR125

I post new topic about this bike, I though this thread should only show up the bike.
Apologize for this.

163 FML Engine Specifications
- The 163FML engine featured a single-cylinder, four-stroke design.
- Total piston displacement of the engine was 197 cc.
- The engine's compression ratio was 9.0-to-1.0 while its bore and stroke measured 2.50 by 2.44 inches.
- Featured a five-speed, constant mesh transmission and a chain final drive.
- Engine sported a capacitor discharge ignition (CDI) system, and was available with either an electric starter or a kick start.
- The engine was air-cooled and used a carbureted fuel system.
- The 163FML engine had 16.76 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and 11.1 foot-pounds of torque at 7,000 rpm.
- Due to the modest engine size, the top speed was a timid 75 mph.
- The idle speed for the 163LFM was 1,500 rpm
I was thinking on the cosmatic and performance, i.e.
-New allloy rim (I may get from Honda AX1) with dual purpose tire (Similar to BMW GS)
-Alu swing arm
-Rear shock with sub tank
-520 chain with 15/42 sprocket (May be 428 heavy duty high strength)
-Let see how the clutch respond, if not will change clutch plate/clutch metal plate to Honda brand.
With new final drive, I have to do some modify on the VE (Velumetric Efficiency) to have a better performance.
I was thinking to increase compression ratio to 9.5 to 10 : 1
Change the fuel system by using new Carb from Keihin PE74 that belong to Honda NSR150
and change main jet to around 120 and slow jet to 32
Fuel using will be E10 and E20. I may tune the fuel to use with E85 in the later stage.****
As I am living at the sea level, I have to re-tune fuel (Carb) anyway. Change carb is the most easiest way to me.
I want to have a higher touque and HP, but I want to limit the high rev to 8500 rpm.
This will save the engine life. Later stage to have a bigger forge pistol and do some large valve.
I was thinking to hit 130 Km/hrs@8000 rpm with this mod and final drive as below chart speed.
Last before I forget, Engine oil is the most important to me. I will use 100% Synthatic from Valoline
15W-40 API-SL. I use this oil for all my motors. (FullPressureTurbo Engine, motorcycles)
Thanks for reading
Cheers

little update to my project that some of you know about... recently installed a husky cr125 upside-down front fork!
also considering a rebore and new o.s. piston for the qm200 engine which is still running strong but making a bit noise (excessive piston pin clearance I think).
front brake not installed yet

09-11-2011, 08:55 AMFirst posting and a genuine enquiry.
Please advise;
Is this motorbike available in the United Kingdom and if so who is the inporter?
If not currently inported into the UK, who is the manufacturer, contact details, email etc?
Any ideas as to the trade and retail price of this bike?
Is it inported into Europe/EEC?
Is it a copy of the Honda XL 185/250?
Genuine request for information/assistance.
Thank you for your assistance.

09-11-2011, 09:07 AMthis is the Shineray Long March, model number XY200GY-7. Manufactured by Shineray. Yes, it is a copy of the XL185 but with an electric starter. I don't have any idea about UK distributors. Bike is seriously underpowered, even for a 200cc engine. I have one, and I'm not happy. Search for "Long March" on this forum, you'll find much more details. Good luck.
