To ride in Turkey is no problem, for Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan you will need visas, which are difficult to get. Russian... -

You would need a "carnet de passage" for a motor vehicle, which is different from an ATA carnet.
Carnet de passage neither issued nor accepted in China. -
