When I had my Honda CBF125 in Wales, UK (2014-2017) I looked into this. Even my reputable dealer said ANY 10w40 is good for a 4-stroke, just as long as you change it regularly, as per the User...

It's part no. 16 that I ordered via my dealer - a rubber block that had fallen off. It holds the lower chain off the side stand bracket.

Zorge - no worries mate. I check my tyres every day and chain tension most days. Always wipe the bike down after wet rides too. Keep it covered at work with an Oxford bike cover. All helps.

UPDATE: dealer looked at their online manual and found a chain guide has fallen off. Ordered one up for me, at £5.00GDP + postage, due to arrive in a few days - I'll post a pic for future reference....

UPDATE: not fixed.
Called dealer, who said tighten chain. Chain tightened and still rubbing metal, making clanking sound - taking it to dealer now. No other option than to ride 15 miles with metal... -

It could just be a slack chain, but it still shouldn't rub on metal...

I've removed the rear pillion pegs/holders, the tool compartment, the mirrors and grab rails so far.
I have a small tail tidy and small number plate on order.

Yes, I made a mistake with the model number - it is EFI.
