1:06AM local time. 6.0 aftershock. This one hit pretty hard. Then immediately comes the high winds and heavy rains. And think...we've got a couple weeks of this left! Rescuing anyone in these condition has to be really pushing the limits of mental and emotional stability.

Anyone know why heavy rains seem to follow earthquakes?
