The Shineray 250 is a Honda NX250/AX1 based motor. One of the coolest 250 singles ever produced for the DS world IMHO.
Looking at that pic closer though... it does make me scratch my head. Okay figured it out cuz that didn't seem right.
The images you posted are not of the original Yamaha engine. An engine swap was performed in the pictures you originally posted.

That engine is manufactured as a 170MM by Yingang---------------------------------------------------
