Im a user of Qingqi QM250-2D.
In Argentina it's sold by Beta Motor Argentina ( Beta Italia Representative) under the name Beta Chrono 2.5.

I wonder if anyone of you has the owner manual and/or repair manual.

I have the part manual of teh Suzuki TU250X, wich engine is practical the same.
