I been seening a definite improvement in Air Quality in Beijing these days
and I gotta admit, I Like It !!!

No Tim, there is no improvement of air quality in BJ - not yet.
Or are you talking about another Beijing?

I am living along the NE 4th ring and must say that I like the quiet nights since trucks are now not allowed in here.
