I didn't have a problem registering my DF in Florida but contact them for info on Minnesota. They are fairly close to you at the above address.

They are a drop shipper. Pay with a credit card or paypal.
The price will have to go up if they have a retail store in order to pay the overhead. Can't have it both ways.

I remember an old member 'Kelly 5150' ordered some bikes from them and they screwed him, too, but that was a few years ago, so don't remember the details. I am glad you have the bike and the chargeback ...you have your cake and eating it too!!
