Good news folks!
The factory got back to me with the specs for the front for oil capacity.
330ml in each fork tube.
Oil type used is Shell #32-#46
Also got the specs for the pressure in the rear shock...and will post that in the questions to QingQi thread...

Guys few days ago I finally found time to open front suspension. Good news is we have two springs. So both sides absolutely the same. Was nothing special to disassemble it. Major task was to replace oil. I fill with new Motul fork oil 10W. Well this viscosity just good for some one who ride into town and some offroad. Any one who not only ride but go to jump time to time on cross track need at least 15W. I'm planing to replace my oil again. And my choice 20W. I like to jump.
