Well I got tired off seeing the rust/oxidation inside the exhaust so I put this tip on it. It makes the exhaust sound a little better and deeper. I also got sick of looking at the permanent gas stain on the tank so I painted it. BTW the hair band around the gas cap did stop it. My wife says it is ugly but I kinda like it.

wow everyone has it going on here..I am still not ready to ride but am slowly getting there. I have another question for the Guru's
What is a good economic battery charger for these type of batteries. I have had aweful luck with these little 7A batteries and always have to buy a new one..and at 48 to 60 a pop it gets pricey.I was told to purchase a trickle charger..any suggestions?

got some new mirrors for the DF, and some new handgrips on the way, still exploring some new seat options.

http://www.batterystuff.com/powerspo...09A2-BS12.html will still fit in the battery box with plenty of room. They supply foam to fill the void.

I'll keep it in mind when I need another replacement battery. Thanks for the info.

    hooliganboy,
Those are some mirrors. Thanks for the photos but the other rule around here is you must give the source web site.

Unfortunately that battery will not fit in the DF battery box. The DF box is approximately 3 1/8" wide, 5 3/8" high, and 5 3/8" long on the inside.
