All of our products are well protected and shipped in a metal frame. We inspect every item before it is packaged and shipped from our warehouse to make sure you will receive the best product possible.
  2. We PDI all vehicles before we ship!
    One of the special services exclusive to your vehicle purchase from Sunny Sports is that we inspect each and every item prior to leaving our warehouse. Our inspection comes at no additional cost to you and will allow you to do a simple 30-90 minute assembly to get your vehicle on the road. Our setup and Pre Delivery Inspection includes:
    • Dynamic testing of fuel system and throttle cable.
    • Testing electrical system to ensure all lights are operational.
    • Check engine operation including starting the motor and operate through the RPM range.
    • Check brakes and suspension for safety.
    • Check final drive system.
    • Check all keys are delivered for vehicle and trunk (if applicable).
    • Safety check of wheel axles and nuts for tightness.
