Sunny Sports lists scooterdepot as its website. Here's the LA BBB listing which I had read before ordering...

    http://www.la.bbb.org/business-reviews/New-Motorcycle-Parts-and-Supplies-Retail/Sunny-Sports-Inc-in-Chino-CA-13216841

    Scooterdepot does state the following:
    1. We do NOT Drop ship our orders! We are a DMV licensed and bonded motor Dealer in CA.
Unlike most of the On-line companies, we ship our products directly out of our 90,000 square foot warehouse. We display all CARB Approved models we carry in our showroom. Our will call center open 7 days a week. We are a DMV licensed and bonded motor Dealer in CA. We served thousands of customers nationwide over the past 7 years. All of our products are well protected and shipped in a metal frame. We inspect every item before it is packaged and shipped from our warehouse to make sure you will receive the best product possible.
    2. We PDI all vehicles before we ship!
One of the special services exclusive to your vehicle purchase from Sunny Sports is that we inspect each and every item prior to leaving our warehouse. Our inspection comes at no additional cost to you and will allow you to do a simple 30-90 minute assembly to get your vehicle on the road. Our setup and Pre Delivery Inspection includes:
      • Dynamic testing of fuel system and throttle cable.
      • Testing electrical system to ensure all lights are operational.
      • Check engine operation including starting the motor and operate through the RPM range.
      • Check brakes and suspension for safety.
      • Check final drive system.
      • Check all keys are delivered for vehicle and trunk (if applicable).
      • Safety check of wheel axles and nuts for tightness.

All in all guys, I very happy with my purchase! I took a short spin around the neighborhood today, drives like a dream to me. I had no problem finding neutral with the engine off or running like other had stated. Neutral is just a half click up. I think the mirrors need to be changed out, don't seem to have enough adjustment. Mine had 0.1 miles on it out of the crate.

Glad you like your DF. What do you mean that the mirrors don't have enough adjustment? Didn't the PDI catch that?

I guess I'm trying to adjust them like a car. Mine seem fixed on the mirror arm, the arms can be move forward or back, then locked with the nut.
No movement up or down. Maybe adjust the handle bars up or down? I was thinking I might try some that woud have a ball joint between the mirror and arm.
Right now that kinda look lower toward the road.

i had the same problem with my stock mirrors at first, you'll need to grab the mirrors and twist them like you're trying to unscrew the mirror from the post and they will loosen up and you'll be able to adjust them up down left and right.

Looks like they got My "complaint"
Advertising/Sales Issues View Details Additional Notes

Complaint: 11/28/2011: I contacted Sunny Sports almost once a week, since I tried to register the motorcycle and thought they were trying to resolve the problem with CT. MVD. For the past two weeks, they put Me on hold and then give Me one of the three standard phone excuses (the party is away from their desk,in a meeting, or in the warehouse). When I leave My name and phone number, they NEVER return My calls. Their advertising is very misleading and in My opinion is false. I am not a satisfied customer.
Business response: The manufacturer for the bike that the customer ordered is on the federal list, so if he goes by the manufacturer he should be able to register his bike. I m not showing any other registration issues in his state, cause if there were we would not be able to sell for his state. The bike he purchased would be listed as a can't sell in his state. We also offer the customer registration through us at an extra $140.00 plus taxes. We are more than willing to help out this customer but the last contact we had from him was on 08/21/11 and no other issues reported since then.
