when you say in one day, do you mean in one straight ride, or the whole day? i've gone to a party that was 47miles one direction and 47 miles back = 92 miles. my longest ride without stopping was 71 miles, and that crappy rubber seat was a killer on my ass. i actually just got my 3 inch heavy duty springs for my new seat today and reinstalled it, sooooo much nicer, i'll post pics tomorrow. a while back i bought 5 inch springs and they were just way too long and not stiff enough so the seat rocked left and right.
