Is it long enough? Does length matter?

06-25-2012, 11:06 PMExhaust question guys. If I buy a G&D long exhaust, can I just upjet the carb and leave the air filter alone? Will I need to adjust the needle? I know some people leave the EPA stuff on- how does this work with the G&D? Thinking ahead.

07-06-2012, 09:04 AMHi guys,
New to the forum. All the way from South Africa. Getting my new Heist very soon. Been looking for an old school bobber for years to customise (love the old school retro look). At the price (for that matter, any price) I'm sure you'll be hard pressed to find a better looking bike.
Thanks Mikey D for the mod info. That will be done first. followed by hours of tinkering. Great forum. Will post pics on any customising that takes place.
Enjoy
