The system is crazy that the Chinese use, I can find the Motrac listed on so many sites it is not funny, seriously not funny, its actually disturbing.

Here is Group that is one of their biggest pimp daddies, they are called Wenling Import and Export Company, LTD. Also Wenling Leeway Import & Export Co., LTD.

Racing Bike 250

Check the URL water mark on the image, it’s a dead link, its actually redirect to a dead link www.dirtbike.com that is owned by these people, http://www.fabulous.com/ they pimp it out with add links and if you want they will sell it to you. Is that an intentional side business LOL?

The bike in the image has a Yingang engine or they embossed the engine with the Yingang name?
They likely just call the factory and order the bikes for purchasers from them? Then arrange the shipping to you? You could order a container half Motrac and the other half YGR because they list the Yingang models as well. I think it is from the school of it does not hurt to try, the same one that teaches that there are no dumb questions? When in fact the wrong approach can hurt and there are in fact dumb questions.

If this companies site simply offered products by brand names and if they had a exclusive distribution right to the manufacturers brand then it would all be much more legitimate. They could offer the logistics and communication with the factory as a professional service, but that would require professionals wouldn’t it?

Could be Wenling Services and then offer a client list that included Yingang and Jiajue as well as others. But what is really missing is a system for aftermarket support, that’s a huge glaring gap in a value chain.

Ideally there could be one entity in china and one entity in each regional market, selling manufactures brands connected formally with explicate contracts.

If a company wants the exclusive right to distribution then it must offer complete managed services, it must do that by having a complete understanding of the laws and relative regulations in those markets The linked relationships must be contractual and binding in both countries?

It’s funny are the sales growing doing it illegally, because much of what I am seeing is illegal, not offering the manufactures names, false claims for values and certificates it goes on and on, it not unintentional its all intentional.
