Cos it's 15 years old. Any bike of that age without registration, that also cannot be registered is worth about 15,000 in good condition these days. Ask a bunch of people how much do you want for your 15 year old no rego 2nd hand bike? The response will be 15,000. That makes that the market price. OK so 20,000 with a good engine. A local guy is trying to sell a minter CB400 single version, newer low mileage wants 15,000, other bikes same too. 2005 BMW Rockster the other month was going for 30,000. 65,000 is wwwaaaayyyyy too high.
