Could also be a lack of air in the rear shock, I've had a couple QM200's and QM250's and they don't hold air in the rear shocks very well.

Are you sure about that?I never seen any endro/dual sport with air shocks.I am about 90% sure the shocks are hydraulic.Some after market shocks are charged with nitrogen to help them cool and stop the oil from foaming.
