Google Maps on Android Version 7.0.2 will no longer open KML files. Way to go Google! Did you get the NSA to help you make that decision? If you haven't upgraded to maps V7, DON'T. Beside the KML issue, it looks like shit, and has the usual "we changed every single thing and not for the better" Google interface.
Cheers!

Yeah they also removed the terrain overlay. I'm pretty pissed about that. And after years and years of updates, you still can't add control points to a route to drag it where you want.
The new desktop version of gm has lost a lot of functionality too. They've disabled right-click so you lose all the options that came with that, i can't remember what else but i reverted back to old version.

10-17-2013, 02:21 PMThanks but thats not it. I had a look and its exactly the same with just 2 points (beginning and end). Very strange, maybe it has something to do with that new "my google map" interface. There is no option to draw a line along roads.
