The Q visa is created in response to calls by overseas Chinese for improved exit and entry procedures, and will be issued to overseas Chinese visiting relatives in the country.
So this is a special racist visa? Foreign passport holders who are ethnically Chinese get a special visa, but if you have Chinese relatives but are not ethnically Chinese you're outta luck? Or is it just badly worded?
