Both have the same price,currently.Quick shipping and receiving my MSO and documents to title with are what concern me.I wanna ride legally before winter sets in.I'll be bizzy this winter to drag everything out for winter riding.

You have that much winter in SC?
Still haven't received my MSOs from the two different (?) retailers of my monkey bikes. What is so difficult about filling out and mailing a piece of paper? Suppose to auto ship but never happens.
