Ye I heard about the painful LFZ, but looking closer on it, the 200 rmb fine is actually acceptable.
Thanks for your advice so far. Though I will try to figure out the most legal, save and cheapest way to get my MC :) Having sth electric will be my last choice.

Furtunately Im living in Minhang, what should make the C plate (still 14k) an option for me.
