Buying a bike is one thing .....
Selling it is alot harder many members on MCM have been trying to sell there bikes for a long time and still have the bike.
IMO is best to rent and the shipping cost from Beijing to kumming is about $200. (Ask Jan for a rental and shipping cost ?)
Also I will be riding back to just east of Beijing about the same time as you have to leave.
If you still wish to buy .....
I do have a friend who is selling his CFMoto TR 650 cc on here MCM (BikerDoc) maybe he can sell you the bike and ship it to the location of your choice.
No harm in asking ?

Just one other point you need to consider is if you buy a 2nd hand bike in China it can't be put in your name so when you go to sell it you will have problems because you are not the oringal owner ?
Also if you buy the bike in yunnan and you sell it in Beijing the bike has to go back to yunnan each 2 years to be inspected ?
So for this reason most people normal buy bikes from the same province there live in ?
