But they seem to be pretty clued in, judging by the English on their site. So this is the water-cooled reverse-engineered Honda 17KW 249cc engine, nice, they claim 19, must be at the crank not back wheel. 17 inch tires, nice, but which brand? Registrable now? CCC? Post Jan 2011 emissions? How much $$$?
