That's why I went with Tha Heist, I didn't want to deal with all the bullshit to get legal, I just want to ride.

My gut says go with "Tha Heist", but my eyes won't quit looking at the kikker 5150 "HardKnock". Plz Help
The big difference is that the Heist is 50 state legal like WK2 stated. Now lets get into the nitty gritty. The Heist has a better stronger frame, larger wheels, bigger motor, support out the wazzoo, and with cash in hand you can ride day 1, as long as you have all the legit documents, out the dealers door.
the price point I think is fair
3195 MSRP + PDI prep + and sales tax

I have had my scoot now for a little better than 3 months and have been documenting everything on this bike, good and bad. I also created a FB group, which some of the guys here are members, covering everything that has been experienced with the bike as of today. I am just at 2700 miles on my Widow. I do a considerable amount of riding on my lil horse and she hasn't let me down.
So Count if you have any questions this is the place to ask.
There is also a lot of different mods out there for the Tha Heist. This bike is a canvas waiting for an Artist.

Seems alright, if I change my exhaust I will adjust as need. It really seemed to change the power band on it though, I think I'm getting to 55mph pretty quick but it takes a bit to top out. My pipe went black but I'm going to put something else on eventually so it doesn't matter.
