I felt that sarcasm was directed on my mentioning of the bloody wars with disproportionately large number of civilian casualties. But if it refers to the story of sushi, then I agree with your attitude.
About the beer: Czech beers are better.

Me wonders if you know this boy because i know many like him/her.That crap with the Phillipines a few months ago also brought out the best in the Chinese.
Hearing "we will blow the Phillipines off the map" by charming 16 year olds was just another nail in the coffin for me living in China.

I have heard the same "we will blow XXXX off the map" or "we will kick their ass in XXXX" coming from 16 year olds in USA, Mexico, Australia, UK, Korea, Germany, Italy, and Spain. You kind of have to be more grown up than they are to keep one's sanity. I have as many or maybe more bad China days than most anyone, but I have not found any country that can throw rocks in this glass house we call the planet earth.

Another commonly misconceived prejudice (based on lack of genuine experience) is ...
"Chinese women are weak little waifs who will do whatever the man wants."
Hmmm ... ok ... obviously promulgated by someone who has never actually had a Chinese girlfriend/wife. Even still, luv em to bits!

Those sound like very mainstream beers. Gems are often found from small breweries.
That said, to say Czech beers are better than German beers is quite interesting statement. We should do some research how the thing is. That would, naturally, involve trying hundreds of different beers, after which I would certainly propose another hundreds of samples because betterness would still be undecided :D
