I just found them yesterday - and he actually already has a rack for the bike:

Ordering them tomorrow ;)
Don't you think the racks and panniers would be a bit too much for sucha small bike? ;)

frame and boxes arrived last Sunday afternoon (at the tail end of Spring Break
) Got the frame on with minimal "adjustments" Boxes are in process now.

it was pretty tight getting the plastics back on - but it fit

had to drill a new hole as the one from the factory was too short, glad they included an extra inch of pipe

despite the pictures there was no way to make this work with the stock rack, without a hacksaw that is.

Finished product, looks pretty good!

On a side note: I managed to snap something in my kick start assembly. I haven't had time to crack open the case and see what broke- but I'm just hoping the flywheel blocks it from the rest of the engine!

since my kickstart assembly snapped I guess my starter clutch decided that it would be a good time to go out. I've had starter issues from the beginning (see my original post) - but now it's official, no easy way to start (gotta push start it to get it to the shop!) Until I get it fixed, I leave you with this:
20L gas tank swap (not mine):

My starter died a long time ago. You can buy new one for some small money on taobao. I think it would be easy to replace it on your own.

I believe Barry is correct - it's the Long March tank.
Also, here's a 250cc engine swap, although why you'd want a zongshen on there is beyond me!

Looks a lot like the 20 L tank for the Shineray Long March in my opinion, see here!

With that tank changing the engine to 250ccm makes sense. If I just new earlier :/

I can't find a carburator for Jialing on taobao. Any ideas? Is it uniform?
taobao
How difficult is it to set it up for high altitude. Is it better to have second one or play with the one I have when I need to? Will I be able to change it on my own?JH-150GY-3
