I cannot imagine that the people at WK would agree to that, however I can certainly imagine a Chinese OEM selling an engine as a 125cc when it is actually 150cc, they abuse their indemnity, the risk burden is a line at the border, and they will sell products that in fact hand you huge risks across that line, as into your market. How can a UK company hold a Chinese company accountable, they cannot legally, they have no viable way to do that. They will sell products to companies in other countries that may be in violation of laws in the country they sell into. They have no worries in that because the burden of liability transfers with the goods. They operate in China with indemnity, they have impunity to the recourse of other legal systems outside of China.
